Do I need to set the gear up myself?

Yep, but we make it easy. Our gear is DIY-friendly, and every item has a QR code that takes you straight to its setup guide.

If you get stuck, our team is only a call away.

Can you deliver?

Yep. Pick up for free from St Peters or Port Melbourne, or have your gear couriered straight to your door.

Pop your address into the delivery estimator in your booking cart to see the price, then choose your option at checkout.

How does the rental bond work?

The rental bond for your booking will be calculated in the cart before you checkout.

When your hire starts, we freeze that amount on the card you paid with. Once everything comes back on time and in the same condition, we tell your bank to release the funds straight away.

Most customers see the money come back immediately, but some banks have trouble letting go and can take up to 7 days.

What if my plans change?

No stress. Cancel up to 4 days before your booking starts and get a full refund.

Need to move things instead? You can postpone your booking or take a credit for a future event.

How far ahead should I book?

As early as you can, especially for weekends, Christmas and New Year's. Set your location and dates and every product shows whether it's free for your booking.

What time do I pick up and return?

It depends on the warehouse and the day. Your booking cart will show your exact pick-up and return times once you choose your dates.
