Here's how courier delivery works...

Step one

Book online

Create a booking online and select a one-way or return Courier Delivery service during checkout.

When our team processes your booking we will allocate your expected delivery/collection dates. This information can be found in your confirmation email.

Step two

Submit identification & rental bond

Before your booking can be delivered, you'll need to meet our ID and Rental Bond requirements.

Step three

Delivery of your booking

Deliveries will occur between 8am-4pm and someone must be present (with a valid ID) at the premises to receive delivery.

We'll send you an SMS the day before delivery with a 2-4hr timeframe.

On the morning of delivery, our courier partners will send you a tracking link via SMS.

Delivery is strictly limited to no further than the ground floor of a residential or commercial premises.

Step four

Collection of your booking

Collections will occur between 8am-4pm and someone must be present at the premises to receive collection.

We'll send you an SMS the day before collection with a 2-4hr timeframe.

On the morning of collection, our courier partners will send you a tracking link via SMS.

The equipment must be packed down neatly, the way it was received or our courier partners will not collect and fees will apply.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver within a 45km driving distance of our Sydney and Melbourne locations.

Start a booking online and enter your delivery address in the cart to see if courier delivery is available to your area.

If you're outside of our delivery zone, contact us to see if our Customer Support team can find a solution for you.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on your driving distance from our warehouse and the size of your booking.

The average cost of courier delivery is $60 each way, with costs ranging between $40-$200.

Will the driver show me how to setup?

No, our third-party courier partners are unable to show you how to setup the equipment, but don't worry!

Simply scan the QR code on each item for easy-to-follow setup instructions.

Be sure to setup your booking during support hours, that way you can contact our support team if you need further assistance.

Can I choose what time it gets delivered/collected?

We can't promise exact delivery or collection times, but we'll keep you updated.

Expect an SMS with a 2-4 hour window the day before delivery/collection.

Will the driver pack it all away?

No. You must pack down the equipment neatly, the same way you received it.

If the equipment is not packed down, ready for the driver to collect from the ground floor front door of your premises they will not collect and recollect charges will apply.
