Can I making a booking in-store?

No, our Sydney & Melbourne facilities are booking fulfilment locations only.

All bookings must be made online or over-the-phone prior to pickup or delivery.

When can I pick-up and return?

When booking online you select the date of pick-up and return. Our pick-up and return time windows can be found here. These can also be found in your confirmation email.

How much does courier delivery cost?

Delivery costs depend on your driving distance from our warehouse and the size of your booking. The average cost of courier delivery is $60 each way, with costs ranging between $40-$200.

Will I get my rental bond back?

99% of customers receive their rental bond back in full - simply ensure you return the equipment back to us on-time and in the same condition that you received them.

Why do I need to provide ID?

Just like booking a hotel room or renting a car, we require a valid Australian ID (displaying your current residential address) so we can confirm your identity.

Customer ID's are permanently deleted from our systems within 90 days of hire, but you can request immediate deletion as soon as your hire is completed.

We do not share your identification with third parties (unless you severely breach your contractual obligations) and we take great care in handling our customers data per our privacy policy.
