Role Overview

After another year of steady growth, we’re excited to continue refining our team and systems. We’re now looking to fill a full-time role in our Sydney operation.

We are seeking a positive and motivated Branch Manager to join our team in St Peters, Sydney.

This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and effective team management.

The successful candidate will oversee equipment booking handovers, manage in-person customer interactions, supervise staff, and maintain our high standards for equipment and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the Sydney warehouse's organisation, cleanliness, and overall functionality.

  • People Management: Lead and manage a full-time team member and occasional casual staff, fostering a productive work environment.

  • Booking Handover: Efficiently manage the process of handing over and receiving equipment bookings from customers.

  • In-Person Customer Service: Build rapport and develop strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience.

  • Picking and Packing: Carefully pick equipment with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

  • Equipment Testing and Cleaning: Daily test and clean of equipment to ensure it meets safety standards and is in optimal working condition for the next customer.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our sound and lighting equipment.

  • Customer Feedback: Proactively seek customer feedback and report to management to continually improve the delivery of our service.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members at our Melbourne and Sydney locations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
